Pancake CAKE!!!!

well hehehe
i have finally 'busted a myth' well not really but i was just watching an episode of Mythbusters on the computer...so why do they call pancakes, panCAKES?? ive always wanted to see if pancake mix can be cooked just as a cake instead of individual circles in a pan....

so heres what i did, i made up the pancake mix and with my 'secret ingredients' hehehe yes cinnamon, vanilla extract and maple syrup....the real kind, from canadia from trees... then instead of cooking each little 'cake' in a pan with oil, I poured the whole lot into a rectangular cake pan!! then i cooked it in the oven for a while...until cripsy ....yay!! it turned out more like a large pancake in the shape of the pan...but still nice...

so anyway i seem to be in a cooking mood recently, last night i made schnitzel burgers yes my bogan brothers favourite food...right now however, i feel like cooking some dessert...maybe i'll go to my favourite www.allrecipe.com hehehe

too bad there is nothing exciting happening in my life (lives) currently...hopefully something mildly interesting will happen soon...........
